The vision: India's always-current AI reference
A country the size of India, moving this fast on AI, deserves one place that stays honest about what's actually useful — not a directory of dead links, and not a hype feed. That means treating this less like a website you launch once, and more like an operating system you run every day: sources checked, content scored, weak pages retired, useful pages expanded — in public, with the receipts to prove it.
What we optimise for
- Usefulness over word count. Every page should answer a real question someone in India has about AI — a course to take, a scheme to apply for, a job to target, a policy change that affects them — with a source they can verify.
- Freshness that's provable, not claimed. "Updated daily" means nothing without a public log. See /updates for every automated refresh run.
- No dependency that can quietly break the site. The content pipeline runs in-house, natively in this codebase — not a paid third-party AI API that can hit a quota and go dark for months without anyone noticing.
- Built for how India actually uses the internet. Hinglish-aware search, WhatsApp-shareable tools, mobile-first pages, and content that respects that most readers arrive from search or a shared link, not a bookmark.
Roadmap
Public, and updated as goals move from planned to live. If something below stalls, it should show up honestly here rather than disappear.
- Live
Daily, automated news — with no paid AI vendor
An automated content pipeline runs every day, in-house, with no paid third-party API — so it can't break from a quota limit or a billing lapse. Every run is logged publicly on /updates.
- Live
Every persona, every module, real content — not placeholders
Learn, Build, Jobs, Gov Resources, and Prompts each carry curated, source-linked content for all nine personas (students, builders, recruiters, professors, MSMEs, gov innovators, creatives, executives, policy trackers).
- Live
One free tool people actually share
The AI Job Risk Checker gives a real score in 20 seconds with a shareable card — built to travel on WhatsApp, not just sit on the site.
- Planned
Expand automated source coverage to 20+ feeds
Add more state-government, sector-specific (healthcare, agri, fintech), and regional-language sources to the automated pipeline, with the same publicly-logged runs on /updates.
- Planned
A living India AI Startup and Policy tracker
Move /startups and /policy from static seed data to the same automated pipeline used for news, so funding rounds and regulatory changes appear within a day of being reported.
- Planned
Weekly digest by persona
A one-email-a-week summary (opt-in via the existing newsletter signup) — the top 5 relevant news items for your role, no spam.
- Planned
Regional-language entry points
Hindi and at least one more Indian language surfaced for the highest-traffic pages (home, IndiaAI Mission, AI Job Risk Checker), so the site is usable beyond English-first readers.
